No Refund Policy
All payments for mobile notary and fingerprinting services are non-refundable. Because appointment times, travel, and preparation are reserved exclusively for each client, no refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows, or incomplete appointments.
Travel fees become non-refundable once travel has begun.
Completed services and fingerprinting attempts are final, and no refunds are provided for rejected prints due to factors outside our control.
Rescheduling may be allowed once, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
